DAY 1 SINGAPORE – CAIRO
- Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your pleasant flight to Cairo, the capital of Egypt

DAY 2 CAIRO
- Arrival into Cairo. Meet and greet by our local representative
- Visit Salahdin Citadel – which is perched atop a hill in central Cairo, the Saladin Citadel is a historic Islamic fortification. Originally built by Sultan Saladin in the 12th century to protect his Sultanate of Egypt and Syria from the Crusaders. It is home to the Mosque of Muhammed Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque
- Continue to explore Coptic Cairo
- Visit the Coptic Museum
- Visit The Hanging Church, possibly the oldest Christian church in Egypt
- Check into our accommodations for tonight

DAY 3 CAIRO – GIZA – CAIRO
- Visit the 3 famed Pyramids of Giza – the elaborate burial complexes built more than 4500 years ago. The pyramids were built by Pharaohs Khufu, Khafre (the son) and Menkaure (the grandson). The Great Pyramid is the largest and towers some 147m above the plateau. It is estimated to be staged by 2.3 million stone blocks each weighing an average of 2.5 to 15 tons. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact.
- Visit the Sphinx, one of Egypt’s most famous landmarks, this lion’s body and human head statue is among the world’s largest sculptures, measuring 73 m long and 20m high.
- Enjoy Camel Riding where you can capture a memorable picture with the pyramids as backdrop
- Visit the Papyrus Institute, The Papyrus Institute takes visitors on a journey through the craft using step-by-step demonstrations and extensive displays of papyrus artworks to view and buy, with typical works showing Giza’s Pyramids, pharaohs, and hieroglyphs.
- Visit a popular perfume factory where you can purchase local fragrances and beautiful blown glass perfume bottles.

DAY 4 CAIRO – ASWAN (CRUISE)
- This morning, transfer to domestic airport for flight to Aswan
- Check-in to our Nile cruise where we will be staying for the next 3 nights.
- Embark on the tour of Aswan
- Visit the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk in the Granite Quarry
- Enjoy a traditional Nile felucca ride to view the Agha Khan Mausoleum and Kitchener Island, meet a sailor and learn about their traditional sailing practices.
- Take a boat ride to Agilika Island and visit the Temple of Philae, which was dedicated to the goddess Isis, the wife of Osiris and mother of Horus

ASWAN
DAY 5 ASWAN – KOM OMBO – EDFU (CRUISE)
- Today will be an early start with the trip to the Abu Simbel Temple. These great temples were built by and dedicated to the great Pharaoh Ramses II over 3,000 years ago and are now UNESCO World Heritage Sites
- Enjoy a delicious breakfast on board the Nile cruise
- At midday the cruise will sail towards Kom Ombo
- Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, we will embark on a 10-minute walk to visit the ancient Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an extraordinary historical site that gives you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt.
- Return to the Nile cruise
- we will continue sailing to Edfu
- Tonight, enjoy a fun filled Galabia Party where you will be encouraged to get Egyptian outfits and wear the local Galabia

DAY 6 EDFU – LUXOR (CRUISE)
- Breakfast onboard the cruise
- Disembark at Edfu and ride the horse carriage to see the local city of Edfu
- Visit the best-preserved temple in the whole of Egypt- The Temple of Horus, dedicated to Horus, the falcon headed god
- Sail towards Esna Lock
- Upon arrival at the Esna lock, we will experience our vessel crossing the lock to a lower level of water—providing the most stunning views of the Nile during our trip.
- Upon arrival into Luxor, we will visit the East bank of Luxor.
- This afternoon, visit the 2 most important temples of Luxor (ancient Thebes) - The Luxor Temple and The Temple of Karnak, the cult temple dedicated to Amun, Mut and Khonsu and the largest religious building ever constructed covering about 200 acres and was a place of pilgrimage for nearly 2,000 years. The Hypostyle Hall, at 5000 sq. metres and featuring 134 columns, is still the largest room of any religious building in the world
- Tonight, enjoy Belly Dancing Show onboard the cruise.

DAY 7 LUXOR
- In the morning, enjoy your breakfast with the Nile view before we check out of the cruise.
- Continue with our Luxor sightseeing with the visit to West Bank of the Nile, the Necropolis of ancient Thebes
- Visit The Valley of the Kings, is a valley in Egypt where, for a period of nearly 500 years from the 16th to 11th century BC, rock-cut tombs were excavated for the pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom
- Visit The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as the Djeser-Djeseru (“holy of holies”). Queen. Hatshepsut initially ruled as regent for her stepson Thuthmosis III but she promoted herself to the role of pharaoh instead of passing power to him when he came of age. Her temple is one of the most striking monuments in ancient Egypt even in this semi-ruined state.
- Visit the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. For 3,400 years they have sat in the Theban necropolis, across the river Nile from the city of Luxor, stand guarding at the entrance to Amenhotep’s memorial temple

DAY 8 LUXOR – HURGHADA
- This morning, check out and begin our journey towards Hurghada, one of Egypt’s famous resorts in the Red Sea
- Get ready for some adventure in the desert.
- Set off in a land cruiser and drive into the desert to visit the home of the Bedouins and learn about their daily life and traditions.

- Today will be a day at leisure for you to explore the Red Sea Resort. You can choose to rest and relax in the beach or poolside or perhaps pick up some optional tours to explore the marine life of Red Sea

DAY 10 HURGHADA – CAIRO
- Transfer to airport for our domestic flight back to Cairo
- Egyptian Museum - Is the oldest archaeological museum in the Middle East, housing over 170,000 artefacts. It has the largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities in the world. Learn the history and see the antiquities of some of the great pharaohs of ancient Egypt
- Walk along El Moez Street and admire Islamic architecture.
- Visit Islamic Cairo where you can explore interesting coffeehouses and street food vendors in Khan el-Khalili, the city’s major souk which is the oldest market of the middle east for handmade Christmas ornaments and handmade gifts

DAY 11 CAIRO – MEMPHIS & SAKKARA – CAIRO
- This morning, depart for Saqqara, the necropolis for the ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis
- Visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the oldest stone structure known to man, dating back to 2600 BC
- Visit the ancient capital city of Memphis and explore the ruins of the Pharaonic city including a huge fallen image of Kind Ramses II
- National Museum of Egyptian Civilization – The first of it’s kind in Egypt and the Arab world. The museum displays a collection of 50,000 artifacts, presenting the Egyptian civilization from prehistoric times to the present day. The must see includes the Royal Mummies which are being exhibited in a new interactive display using 21st century cutting edge technology to go beneath the wrapping and reveal their secrets
