- Welcome to Tasmania, Hobart – Tasmania's capital city and the second oldest capital in Australia
- Hobart City Sightseeing: Battery Point, ABC Buildings, Parliament House, St George’s Church and Salamanca Place etc.
- Mount Wellington* Summit – Towering 1270 meters behind the city, a great panoramic view of Hobart, Bruny Island, South Arm and the Iron Pot and the Tasman Peninsula

DAY 3 HOBART – TASMAN PENINSULA – HOBART
- Pennicott Wilderness Journey (Tasman Island Cruises) – Go on the three-hour wilderness cruises along the spectacular coastline between Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck in southern Tasmania. The cruise travels beneath the highest vertical sea cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere at Cape Pillar. We will explore waterfalls, rock formations, archways and deep-sea caves. The coastline is part of the Tasman National Park. It is home to a variety of wildlife including hundreds of seals, migrating whales and abundant sea birds.
- World Heritage-listed Port Arthur Historic Site – Is Australia's most intact and evocative convict site. The Historic Site has over 30 buildings, ruins and restored period homes set in 40 hectares of landscaped grounds
- Eaglehawk Neck – See the Tessellated Pavement, Tasman’s Arch, the Blowhole and the Devil’s Kitchen, all striking natural formations

DAY 4 HOBART – HUON VALLEY – HOBART
- Salamanca Market – This weekly outdoor market, held every Saturday brings Hobart’s waterfront alive with the colours, sound and smells of Tasmania. The diverse range of nearly 300 stallholders includes original, hand-made Tasmanian pieces from woodwork to jewelry, fashion to fanciful, glassware and ceramics *Market only open on every sat (We will not visit the market if Hobart stay does not falls on a Saturday)
- Richmond – This Is a picture-perfect town that tells the story of an early Australian colonial village and also home to Australia’s oldest bridge, built by convict labor
- Barilla Bay Oyster Farm – One of Tasmanian’s leading suppliers of premium pacific oysters. The Oysters are grown and harvested in Australia’s premium shellfish growing environment, the cold clean Southern Ocean waters of Southeast Tasmania. Go on a guided oyster farm tour to learn more about oyster farming, processing, and packaging.
- Tas Live Abalone Factory – Guided tour of the factory and tasting of freshly cooked abalone. After the tour you can also purchase a variety of Australian Abalone.
- Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary – The Sanctuary boasts wombats, koalas, birds, quolls and many amazing natives including the Tasmanian devils which are active during the day. The sanctuary also has over 80 free-roaming kangaroos that you can hand-feed

DAY 5 HOBART – MT FIELD NATIONAL PARK – HAMILTON – CRADLE MOUNTAIN
- Russells Falls – Is arguably Tasmania's prettiest waterfall. The 20-minute return walk to the falls is on a good track and boardwalk through lovely rainforest. The walk passes through towering swamp gums and species typical of wet forests and cool temperate rainforests such as dogwood, musk, and myrtle
- Visit Curringa Farm for a unique Aussie farm experience, there will be sheep shearing demonstration, farm dog demonstration as well as a comprehensive farm tour, there will also be the viewing crops when in season. End the tour with a delicious BBQ Lunch
- Start our journey to Tasmanian World Heritage Wilderness Area and home to Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park

DAY 6 CRADLE MOUNTAIN – SHEFFIELD – LAUNCESTON
- The most popular way to explore the alpine landscapes of Cradle Mountain is by hitting the walking trails.
- Dove Lake (Self Guided Walk) – This is one of the most iconic short walks in Tasmania, the Dove Lake Circuit meanders around Dove Lake in the shadow of Cradle Mountain.
- Sheffield – A friendly rural town where history and art merge to create an entire town of murals.

- Jansz Tasmania Wine and Interpretative Centre – Find out why Tasmanian sparkling is among the best in the world while being guided through a tasting of the Jansz Tasmania range.
- Bridestowe Lavender Farm – The usual time to see the lavender in bloom is from December through to early February. For other timing, you can still wander through the fields to get a first-hand insight into lavender farm life too!
- Cataract Gorge Reserve – A unique natural formation located just minutes from the city center. It also houses the world longest single span chairlift
