Visit a family run apple cider distillery that produces apple brandy known as Calvados. Learn about the fermentation process and taste different ciders produced on location.
Visit the famous white cliffs of Etretat found on the Alabaster Coast of France before we continue to Le Havre, France’s second largest port, standing at the mouth of the Seine estuary.
Cross Pont de Normandie, one of the world’s longest cable-stayed bridges as we drive to Mont St Michel, one of the greatest sightseeing attractions in Europe and the second most visited place in France after the Eiffel Tower.
Climb up to the spectacular Norman Benedictine Abbey at the peak of the rocky island surrounded by winding streets and convoluted architecture of the medieval town.
St Malo, in Brittany, is famous for being the base of privateers. It is today a popular holiday destination thanks to its colourful past and historic buildings.
Take a walk on the ramparts to get a different perspective of the fortified walled city. From Chateaubriand Square and enter the old town through St Thomas Gate to wander its cobblestoned streets and splendid houses made of grey granite.
Depart for the Loire Valley famous for some of the most spectacular castles steeped in the history of noblemen and kings since the eleventh century.
Visit the largest of the Loire castles, the Chateau de Chambord created by King Francois I on the inspiration of Leonardo Da Vinci.
Continue to the ‘perfect’ Chateau de Chenonceau, set in the harmony of River Cher, forests and gardens. This castle owes its fame and unique elegance to women with exceptional destinies. Its architecture and gardens incorporate sophisticated touches of female inspiration everywhere you look.
Take a scenic drive through the Dordogne Valley and Limoges, renowned for delicate porcelain before arriving at one of the world’s best wine regions, St Emilion.
Admire the ancient architecture and explore winding streets before our visit to a vineyard to sample some of the exquisite wines produced in this region.
A tour of Bordeaux to discover its rich architecture which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the magnificent Esplanade des Quinconces and the banks of the Gironde before exploring the Old Quarter. Discover local street food as we stroll through the charming downtown.

Wind our way through ‘Cathar’ landscapes towards the Pyrenees Mountains in southwestern France to Europe’s largest and most complete fortress, Carcassonne.
Picturesque fortifications over three kilometers with fifty-two towers were reconstructed in the nineteenth century and featured in the movie - Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves.
Bask in medieval charm as we stroll through the village with its winding alleys and charming houses next to the impressive Basilique St –Nazaire.
Visit one of Provence’s most beautiful villages, Gordes. White stone buildings clinging onto the sharp cliff of the mountain and the labyrinth of ‘calades’ which climb up between them inspire many artists with their charms.
Admire the panorama of the valley and the mountains of Luberon from the vantage point. Not to be missed is the twelfth century Abbey of Senanque where Cistercian monks live producing honey, lavender essence and liqueurs.
Continue to Lyon located at the confluence of the Rhone and Soane rivers, France’s third largest city and the gastronomic capital of France.
