Day 1. Welcome to a unique experience!

Assemble at Changi Airport for our flight to Nagoya, classified as a first class airport and is the main international gateway for the Chubu region of Japan.

Nagoya

Day 2.

  • Magome-Juku – Is relatively unique among the post towns throughout the country for being located on very precipitous terrain. The cobblestone streets are lined with old, lattice- windowed residential houses, museums, tea houses, and souvenir shops on both sides, a scene that very much resembles how the post town looked in the Edo period hundreds of years ago.

  • Mino Washi Museum (Washi Experience) – Mino Washi is a style of traditional Japanese paper that has long been produced in the city of Mino for over 1,300 years. It is particularly famous for its pure white color and ability to showcase light in a beautiful manner, all while maintaining a tough and durable consistency.

Day 3.

  • Hachiman-bori Moat Cruise – A Japanese boat cruise of Hachiman-bori with no rowing required. Just sit back, enjoy the dreamlike atmosphere, and enjoy the scenery and glimpses of Japanese history along the way.

  • Mount Hiei (1 way cable car) – Is a mountain to the northeast of Kyoto, lying on the border between the Kyoto and Shiga.

  • Enryaku-ji Temple – Mt. Hiei Enryakuji Temple can be found on Mt. Hiei, the general name of the sacred mountain that stands on the border running between Shiga and Kyoto. The temple was established at the hillside of the main peak Obiei that sits at an altitude of 848 meters above sea level and serves as the head temple of the Tendai-shu (Tendai sect) of Japanese Buddhism. It was eventually designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994.
